Photoreal bottles without a photo shoot
How I turned one label file into a photoreal bottle, a 360° spin and a full banner set, with no photoshoot.

The problem
New wines arrive faster than photography. For Weinhof 519 Alte Reben, a dry Rheingau Riesling, I had a label file and a flat packshot. The launch still needed hero visuals, motion and every banner format.
What I decided
Treat the bottle as a reusable 3D asset. I generated a base mesh with AI from 2D reference, then rebuilt what AI gets wrong in Blender: glass thickness, the liquid, the screw cap and a label that wraps without stretching.
Render once, use everywhere. 4K stills for heroes, and a 180-frame turntable rendered with alpha, so the spin drops onto any background. The renders then feed straight into the campaign drop system.
The build
Label to AI mesh to Blender look development, more than twenty test renders to dial in glass and light, final 4K stills, a portrait turntable exported as ProRes 4444 with alpha, and the banners, paid social and editable label template it powered.

The full case study
The full case study covers more than twenty look development renders, the label wrap and glass setup, and the reusable launch template.

What’s next
Turn the scene into a template: drop in a new label and render a full launch kit in an afternoon.
